International Delivery: Our normal shipping time is within 72 hours (this is when your order is processed). Please allow a few more business days for your order to arrive to you. We ship items from Colombo, Sri Lanka.
The "Target Date" on the order form is not a promise from us to deliver your product exactly by that date! It is for our information while processing the order. We will make every effort to meet your "Target Date."
There will be a full 100% refund with no deductions if the error is ours.

Local Delivery: We provide island-wide delivery facilities. We deliver items from Colombo. For the orders to be delivered to Colombo and suburb areas we can supply within 12 hours and delivery is free of charge. For the delivery outside Colombo and suburb areas please confirm before at least 24hrs as we have to arrange our transport services and for this we have to apply additional charges according to the distance.
We provide door to door delivery services according to your requirements.
The Lankaeshop.com will make every effort to deliver the products at the time agreed. All recipients must inspect delivered item(s) and sign a delivery note to say that the item(s) are in "as expected" condition.
